"And, speaking of Father's Day - make that "Grandfathers Day" - a little update on my personal side:

New grandson Calvin arrived April 3rd to my younger daughter Amanda & husband Marcin, in Texas. I'm told he can already hit the high notes.

Plus, my elder daughter Anna has announced I will need to post a new addition to the above in mid July!

Hello!
"Have you said to yourself, "I wonder where old Brian is?"
The answer is -as usual- just about everywhere."

"Many thanks to my longtime fans and the friendly new faces who came to see me as part of the latest big show in Chicopee, Massachusetts at the HuKeLau. It was a rainy and raw day, but we were hot and rocking on the inside. Enough excitement that we even added an extra matinee! There's a good chance it will happen again in the Fall, so keep it tuned here for announcements.

I had great fun performing with a Buddy Holly, James Brown and Ray Charles in Florida recently in a beautiful setting at the famed Gulfstream Park racetrack. The fountains were dancing, and the young couples were dampening the crowd (or vice versa, I forget.) Anyway, that too could turn into a series of shows, so again...stay tuned.

Father's Day, June 21st, I'll be in yet another horse-y setting - Saratoga, NY. I'll be performing at the very nice Holiday Inn in Saratoga Springs, so bring Dad and have some fun. Al Bruno, aka "Mr. Dynamite", will be a special guest. He's part Neil Diamond, part Frankie Valli, a splash of Sinatra and a pinch of Tom Jones smothered in fine Italian cheese. I can guarantee a good time will be had by all."

Most of my New York shows, like the Father's Day one above, are arranged by Don Bowers Productions.
The excellent backing his band "The Heaters" provide gives me the perfect opportunity to perform a wider range of Roy's songs.

This short clip is from my last gig with them - one of my favorites tunes from the 1988 LP "King of Hearts" - and not often heard.
